Labs & pricing
Labs teach AI skills through a useful project. Adapt one of our starters or bring your own use case. Leave with your own system and the skills to keep building.
Option 1
Use the Opportunity Audit to set priorities.
Option 2
Choose a lab around your use case, or use a starter as your first project.
Option 3
Combine the audit and all four labs.
A head start, if you need one
Our starters are working systems we use across our companies. Choose one and your copy is included in the lab. Have a different problem to solve? We can build the lab around it. You pay for training and guidance; starters aren’t sold separately.

Program details
Up to 4 active participants complete intake, attend sessions, do assignments, and receive feedback and Slack support.
Additional participants cost $500 per person per lab or $1,500 per person for the Complete Agency Program.
Up to 2 observers can attend and review materials at no charge. Individual reviews, recommendations, and Slack support are for active participants.
The audit reviews your workflows and sets priorities. Project work and training happen in the labs.
AI platform subscriptions, API usage, and hosting are separate costs.
Labs cover training, guided implementation, prototypes, and workflow development. Unlimited consulting, production software development, complex integrations, ongoing managed services, and client deliverables require a separate scope. Security-sensitive or client-facing tools may also need additional development.
Your agency keeps the system you work on, whether you adapt a starter or begin with your own idea. The lab teaches you to use, change, and maintain it, then apply those skills to other tools. If you choose a starter, it is included in the lab fee with no separate software subscription.
