Our On-Call support helps clients to effectively use generative AI.
Support requests can be accessed via email (support@ironwoodai.com), Slack channel, or scheduled Zoom calls. Email and Slack questions are typically responded to within one business day. Zoom calls are typically scheduled withing three business days. Our support is available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Terms. Opting into our On-Call Partnerships authorizes us to access (with your permission) any of the systems needed to provide support or consulting. On Call Partnerships also authorize us to respond to your requests without seeking approval for, or providing estimates for, each individual request. Ironwood bills support time in 15 minute increments, and will never spend more that one hour responding to a request without notifying the client that their request will require additional time to fulfill. This balanced policy enables us to respond efficiently and affordably to support requests. All client support time is billable to their account. This includes, but is not limited to, time spent in communication, discussions, meetings, and providing estimates for work.
Billing. Invoices for micro-retainers and billable time are sent out at the end of each quarter, or after your account reaches a $2,000 threshold within a quarter, whichever comes first. Our goal is to never send you an invoice for more than $2,000, unless you’ve knowingly approved support that went over that amount. Opting Out. On-Call Partnerships are month-by-month agreements, and you can opt out at any time after paying for any accumulated work.
