How to Become an On-Call Client
Micro Retainer. If you’re not exactly sure how to start using AI, but know you need to adapt to this new world, become an Ironwood On-Call client. This simply involves paying a monthly micro-retainer which simply activates your status as an On-Call partner. From there you have access to Ironwood for as needed advice, services, and support at our hourly rate of $200 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments – see terms for details).
À La Carte Advice and Support. À la carte support can be accessed via email, Slack channel, or scheduled Zoom calls.
NOTE: The micro-retainer does not cover any à la carte time. We allocate retainer revenue toward our ongoing efforts keeping up with all the changes in AI functionality, so we’re always prepared to effectively serve our clients.
